Are you looking for a family-wage career, no degree needed? Palmer Pathways is a construction trades pre-apprenticeship program serving young adults in Pierce County between the ages of 18 and 26. Through this free 14-week program, Palmer Pathways will provide the training you need to gain foundational trades skills, up to six certifications, mentoring, career navigation, financial support, and more! Once you complete the full program, you will have direct or preferred entry into one of our 15 trades partners, meaning you will start our making upwards of $47k a year!
