Shalom! I have an organic juice business and am looking for a restaurant and/or food business to use their kitchen for roughly 2-3 hours on Sunday and Thursday evenings to prepare my juice orders. I am aware of city market commissary kitchen. I am looking to work with businesses that do not sell pork/seafood with no fins/scales/unclean food according to Leviticus Chapter 11 in the Bible. Bakeries and pastry shops could work well. I can pay a reasonable fee for usage which could help a business that's looking for a little extra income during slow times.
