AUSTIN, TX — A man was arrested after he led officers on a chase across Lady Bird Lake early Monday. Officers were patrolling the Peace Point Park near Lady Bird Lake and South Lakeshore Boulevard around 2 a.m. when they found the two men on a park bench, police said. Authorities detained the two men on public lewdness charges; however, one man got away and jumped in the lake.
