AUSTIN, TX — A woman who was shot and killed in north Austin has been identified. Iyanna Jahnee Dukes, 20, was identified Friday by police as the woman who was shot and killed in a shooting in the 1500 block of Reagan Hill Drive on Thursday. Police received a 911 call around 5:19 p.m. Thursday for shots fired in the neighborhood. When officers arrived, they found Dukes unresponsive with a gunshot wound and on the ground. Police believe Dukes knew the man. On Friday, the Travis County Medical Examiner's office conducted an autopsy on Dukes and found out she died by gunshot wound. They ruled her death a homicide.
