Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, apartment turnovers, grounds, work orders, etc. Onsite housing is available after a waiting period if it meets your family’s needs. Must have driver’s license, tools and reliable transportation. Must be able to follow Manager’s instructions and stick to a turn schedule.
