We are an employee centric company with two restaurants in Charleston, two in Nashville, and one under construction in Atlanta. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming environment for women, LGTBQ and BIPOC chefs and customers. All of our staff, including FOH, is paid an above minimum wage rate and we pool tips for non-management employees, leading to wages for our BOH in the $17-20+ per hour range. We believe we have not only an opportunity but also an obligation to lead and make a real impact in our community. We also founded a 501c3 non-profit, called Pay It Forward, which provides emergency financial relief to members of the F&B community. We believe that by doing things right and taking care of our team, profits will follow for all of us.
