Page's Okra Grill is hiring a professional maintenance manager full time in the restaurant. This individual will perform weekly preventative maintenance, creating a preventative maintenance schedule, perform repairs on HVAC, mechanical equipment, electrical repairs, building issues, plumbing, painting, wood working, deep cleaning and upkeep. Daily tasks at hand and handle any repair and maintenance issues that my arise. This person needs to be able to access issues and find solutions to overcome situations, be able to multi task and have attention to detail. This is a full time position and 90% of your time will be onsite. Please apply only if you have previous experience with restaurant maintenance. Must be highly skilled with both hand and power tools. Must be able to read repair manuals and electrical schedules. Must have good verbal and communication skills when dealing with other vendors. This position will be expected to perform monthly PMI schedules and report to the General Manager & Owners regarding any issues. Must be able to oversee contracts when professional or outside repairs are needed. Work Requirements - Proven maintenance experience - High School diploma or GED - Related degree from technical college - Must possess a eye for detail - Preferred Electrical Certification - Preferred Plumbing Certification - Must have a valid drivers license - Must have a professional appearance - Must have great time management skills Examples of Equipment that will need to be repaired or maintained: Fryers, ovens, refrigeration coolers, grills, convection ovens and others Page's Okra Grill is a family friendly environment that has a passion centered around guest hospitality and great quality food.
