Sources tell Eyewitness News filming for Adam Sandler's Netflix movie "Hustle" is moving to Center City. The city of Philadelphia says closures and restrictions will be in effect starting Sunday, Sept. 19 through Monday, Sept. 20 for an ongoing special event. Traffic delays can be expected. Motorists are advised to avoid the area by using alternate routes and allow for extra driving time in areas near the event.
