Job Title: General Receptionist/Greeter (Part or Full Time) Stevinson Lexus of Frederick is seeking a General Receptionist/Greeter to join their team. Previous dealership experience preferred. Compensation: $14.00-$16.00 based on experience + $1500 sign on/retention bonus Work Hours: Work Hours: Part or Full Time schedule – Saturdays 8:00am-6:00pm (some holiday coverage as well) required, flexible scheduling available for weekdays JOB Description SUMMARY Greets customers and answers incoming phone calls at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit. • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to a salesperson. • Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message. • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. • Prepares and stocks customer lounge area. Keeps area clean. • Clean up kitchen before closing, start dishwasher, restock refrigerators. • Assists with clerical duties as requested. SKILLS and REQUIRMENTS • Previous dealership and receptionist experience is helpful. • English language required, (Bilingual a plus) • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and coworkers.
