Hello, I have a pre-existing garage that I have converted, homeowner built into an ADU. I have completed the architectural drawings and want to submit for permit. I need to complete a Title 24 to submit, can you help me with this? I have 10 years of experience with handyman/construction work, but never permits, the work is solid.
Sacramento County permits have been friendly and working with me to complete and submit my application. I've been told that there should be no problems as this was pre-existing and only 460sqft. If you can help with other items that would be great! This is my first rodeo with county permits, thank you.
