just moved here and have my 10 month old granddaughter. Had a disagreement with my father and were staying in hotel. We can afford it but my granddaughter is just learning how to walk and she needs more room. Im looking for an acre or so of land to buy on contract to build a tiny home or even land with a home to buy in contract. We have income, and no animals, and don't smoke. I can also afford 800 to 1000 month in rent a month.
