Long term opportunity to manage apartment renovations. Will include light carpentry and drywall, paint/caulk, minor plumbing, minor electrical. The right candidate will have knowledge in all areas of construction but the work will be limited to cosmetic improvements to existing units. New flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. Cabinets, flooring, countertops, and appliances will be supplied and installed by others. Candidate will oversee and manage these deliveries and installations and complete tasks to support the goal. We are updating 4-5 units per month for the next 2 years. Ongoing opportunities with the company thereafter, if interested. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, will be comfortable with email and current phone technology, and will submit to a criminal background check and credit check.
