Press release from the City of Hillsboro: September 18, 2021 Dear El Grito supporters: The City of Hillsboro and Centro Cultural have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 El Grito Community Festival due to weather concerns including heavy rain and a chance of thunderstorms. There are no plans to reschedule at this point in time. We offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment this causes.
