Description
We are looking for a Housekeeper for our vacation rental business, with the prospect of a permanent position.
We expect a friendly, communicative, well-groomed, and open person in dealing with our guests. Besides punctuality and reliability, you should be well organized and have basic computer skills.
Our work includes the following:
- Approximately 3 cleanings of the apartments per week
- Check apartments during cleaning, replenish stock if necessary
- Check apartments before guests arrive
- 1 x weekly check of individual houses (exterior and interior)
- Coordinate repairs or touch ups with Handyman and check if done
- Tracking of arrivals and departures
- Organize cleaning schedules
- Checking the cleanings of other cleaners
- Purchase and distribute cleaning supplies
- purchase inventory if necessary
- Guest availability for questions, if necessary distribute tasks to Handyman
- Send message to guests one day before arrival
Our idea is a flexible working time (3 hours per day), which is mainly from Monday to Friday between 09.00 am and 03.00 pm, but can be sometimes in the evening or weekend in case of urgent need. The first step will be that we require you to fill out aW9 and you will receive your 1099 at the end of the year. If our cooperation develops satisfactorily for both sides, we would like to offer a permanent position.
We are a small team, with family character. Our goal is to find a team player who's well-rounded and fits our team. You will be entering apartments and houses, therefore background check & driver’s license must be clean. Substance abusers are not tolerated so no need to apply.
