RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversight the repair and finishing touches of patching and/or painting for pre-cast Concrete structures Ensures appropriate Stenciling and marking for each structure Sustain good relationships with employees to work cohesively as a team • Assess the knowledge abilities, limitations, and how to maneuver different tasks out of daily routine if necessary • Verify that all structures are present for each delivery and help locate missing structures when necessary. • Communicate with operators each morning and review the delivery schedule for that day as prepared by Shipping Overseer. • Oversee truck loading process to ensure that no damage is done while loading and any damage caused while loading is repaired. • Monitor all structures/accessories are loaded on each truck when applicable • Supervise repairs made to structures and ensure that repairs are handled with care. • Train and maintain quality work from the Quality Assurance team • Inspect all work for approval or rejection • Communicate with HR regarding QA team reviews, concerns, training • Be familiar with all SDS for the patch/ prep area chemicals, tools, paints, etc. • Inform Safety Manager if training is needed or a safety situation needs attention Inform Plant Manager if training is needed or issue with a product *Become familiar with FDOT qualifications and specifications
