Press release from the City of Arcadia: September 20, 2021 The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health issued a new order on Friday, September 17 that requiring proof of vaccination for indoor bars, wineries, nightclubs, and lounges. The order also requires proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for outdoor mega-events, including local sporting venues. The order requires customers and employees and at indoor nightlife establishments to have at least one dose of vaccine by October 7, and receive their second dose by November 4. The order also strongly recommends, but does not require, vaccine verification for indoor portions of restaurants.
