K Smith & Company Pavement is seeking a Sealcoat and Crack Seal Forman and Laborers to join our team! Requirements: - One year experience as a laborer, sealcoating or crack sealing experience preferred. - Able to work long flexible hours during weekdays and weekends. - Have reliable transportation to and from job site. - Able to pass a pre-employment drug test. - Extremely hard-working, detail-oriented, works well with others, and able to take direction. - Strong candidate also is motivated, reliable, accountable, and has problem solving skills. - Able to direct traffic to avoid disturbing the asphalt work. - Clean areas of equipment and machinery upon work completion - Good multitasking skills - Ability to work in extreme weather conditions - Must endure periodic maintenance of equipment used -Must be 100% compliant of all safety requirements and policies.
