RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY REMODEL / MAINTENANCE POSITION JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Must have solid work ethic-------which means you show up to work -Valid drivers license-------with a clean driving record-------no DUIs---Unless you plan on using your own vehicle -Must be able to work ON-call for emergency maintenance JOB DUTIES: -Must have a basic set of carpentry skills -Will be installing flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, doors, trim -Will need basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical -Snow removal & lawn care if needed -make apartments ready for occupancy -Heavy lifting for appliance removal/replacement and removing furniture left behind by tenants -Day-to-day maintenance repairs and any other repairs that pertain to maintaining the 450+ apartments we manage. Must be able to work with all types of people.
