I am a GC that specializes in rehabbing/remodeling foreclosures/REO properties. I am in need of a roofer/roofing crew that is reliable, reasonable and cleans up after themselves. I provide all materials all you need to do is bring your tools and skills. I currently have a property in Pinehurst that is ready to go (all materials are on site) I just need a quote for tear off, put back, clean up and haul away old. I use satellite estimating software which estimated the roof at 26 sq. 10-12/12 pitch. I always purchase several extra square since the software isn't always exact.
