Haz-Mat Response Inc. - Grimes, IA $18 - $25 an hour (no experience needed.) Environmental clean-up emergency response company looking for Field Technicians / Equipment Operators / CDL Drivers to join our team! We are a 24 hour emergency response company and you will be contacted in the middle of the night and Weekends and are required to respond. Responsibilities: Must be willing to work in the field as a technician Load and unload cargo On-call emergency response (Traveling) Confined spaces Tank Cleaning CDL Driving Operating excavation equipment Operating vacuum trucks Operating Roll-off Trucks Properly track and document activity log Report any issues or incidents Inspect truck before and after trip Qualifications: Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields Commercial driver's license preferred ( Class A CDL / Tanker/ Haz endorsements preferred but not required.) Ability to handle physical workload High school Diploma or equivalent Must pass background check. - NO FELONIES or DWIs Must pass drug and alcohol screening. (Random) Must speak English. Ability to be on call 24/7 365 (Required) Hazwoper (Preferred) - Not Required ability to shovel, move drums & pressure wash (Required) ability to climb ladder and work at heights (Required) ability to wear respirator (clean shaven) (Required) ability to work outdoors in all types of weather (Required) Strong work ethic Work 40+ hours Must pass drug/alcohol/background tests Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Social distancing guidelines in place.
