Finish Carpenter Wanted for Growing Company Revived Interiors is a design-build firm servicing the high-end residential market in the greater Des Moines area. As we continue to grow, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team of highly skilled trim and finish carpenters on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate needs to have residential carpentry experience with an aptitude for precision. We prefer candidates that have a minimum of 5+ years of experience with finish carpentry. This position involves working on a variety of projects from small to large and doing a variety of finish carpentry work. Key Skills: - Proficient in all aspects of residential carpentry involving: trim work including stair building, siding, framing, and the like, with emphasis on detail work - Motivation and Professionalism - Able to communicate positively and effectively with homeowners and project partners including Project Manager - Able to aid in supervising and directing other employees, subcontractors, and vendors - Forward-thinking & able to problem solve - Able to read and understand blueprints, assist in material take-offs, and coordinating job schedules - Capable of working autonomously and efficiently, managing time, and prioritizing tasks well - Organized and desires to leave a work-site, shop, and company vehicle tidy - Punctuality: Being early is on time, on time is late! - Job Type: Full-time - Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour Check out our website at revived-interiors.com.
