I'm a little confused and just looking for some feedback from the outside looking in. I am a 50 year old married man and one of my staff members keeps messaging me daily about random stuff. She is super nice and a lot younger than me. I would hate to misread her intentions and would appreciate some feedback. Thank you for your time.
