We are seeking people with basic construction and remodeling experience to assist with completing rental turns. Duties may include painting, basic plumbing and electrical, drywall repair, installing interior doors, hanging blinds, etc. Knowledge of luxury vinyl plank flooring installation is a big plus! We provide all materials. Ideal candidates must have experience, have reliable transportation, and communicate with management to complete units in a timely manner. This position is a contract position and is paid by the job. You must have your own tools and a willingness to work! Please contact us for more information!
