Duo seeks musicians for new project

We are currently a duo hailing from Commerce Michigan. We have been jamming together for about 6 months. We have about 5 full songs written and about 10 other ideas that we are currently working through. We are now looking for musicians to complete our project. Who we are: A couple of people who have been playing in bands for most of our adult lives. We’ve played in everything from cover bands to punk rock to heavy metal to alternative bands. Genre – Acoustic Alternative. Songs are posted on palmermaddernproject.bandcamp.com – these are just rough demos to give you an idea of our sound. What we’re looking for – Bass Player, Drummer, and Second Guitar player. Backing vocals are a plus as we’d like to do some harmonies, and my vocal range is very limited. Songwriting is also a plus! Must be: - Reliable for practice. Own transportation. I do have some gear at my house (where we practice at), however I do not have a working bass amp currently. I do have a full drum set and extra guitar amplifier. - No drugs or any issues of that sort. I like a beer or two while practicing but that's about it. Our goals: Rehearse once a week. Record a two to three song EP within 6 months or less. Play gigs not only locally, but also be open to gigs outside of our local area. I for one would love to play in Nashville, or Chicago.
