Job Brief All Star is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as Buyer. In this role you will be building relationships with body shops, ebay sellers and salvage yards for the purpose of buying their used headlights, tail lights and fog lights. Some overnight travel may be required. A company vehicle will be provided and some overnight stay may be required. Responsibilities Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers/clients Possess and demonstrate analytical skills to conduct analysis to ensure sound decision making Ability to negotiate pricing and high sales acumen Promote and fulfill company goals and competencies Champion our mentality of “Accuracy is Quality” 30% travel Experience · 2-5 years automobile sales industry preferred · Knowledge of used parts business is preferred Physical Requirements · Load and unload 25 pound boxes · Able to work in extreme cold or hot temperatures Job Type: Full-time Total Comp: $175,000 (50k Base plus commission structure) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
