seeking rescue or shelter group for mother and 4 week old kittens

Seeking a shelter or rescue group to take in a mother and her 4 week old kittens to complete the socialization process and adopt them out. If you are not a rescue but know of one please email the name and number. The mother showed up at my home. She is domesticated, not a feral cat. Young about 10 months old. Extremely affectionate, loves to be held. I brought her in to have her kittens. They are 4 weeks old Sunday. Ready to be weaned. She has had one dewormer treatment and flea bath. Kittens have had 1 dewormer treatment. I have done alot of rescue work but I was just diagnosed with difficult medical issue which requires me to travel out of state for treatment. Will surrender them to a rescue group only. Thanks
