Havas Street is looking to hire a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator for a major spirits portfolio. This part-time position requires up to (20 hours) per week and must be willing to work weekends and holidays when needed. Position Overview: - The Logistics Coordinator will serve as a brand resource in their assigned territory and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. Pay rate: $21/hourly | W2 Employee - Paid Weekly and additional stipend compensation for phone, internet, and travel Responsibilities: - Overall management of company assets to support local programming while exercising care and following operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines - Communicate and work in cross-departmental collaboration on all projects included but not limited to creative, warehouse/POS management, and event production - Assemble kits, manage distribution & maintain accurate inventory of assets - Support logistical needs of activation for events (setup & tear down) - Organize, deliver/place permanent and temporary POS in accounts for activation, including visibility in stores; replenishing displays and shelf tags where needed - Ensure superb execution of the brand's strategy within designated format (non-premise, on/off premise) - Heavy focus within the inner-city agencies, transfers, and supporting off premise tastings - Ensure implementation of event safety elements including PPE, safety shields, sanitizing elements, etc. Requirements: - Have a current solicitors license or be willing to obtain it - Be local to Columbus - At least 1 year of sales/store merchandising experience (in the adult-beverage industry is plus!) - Able to lift, load, unload and move product -- up to 50 pounds - Have a reliable vehicle with clean driving record - Must be comfortable driving every day - Hourly rate paid weekly; stipends paid monthly (phone, internet, travel) To apply, respond with your name and a current resume!
