Check us out here: We are seeking an installer (carpenter) to work at a commercial site. Tasks include measuring and installing powered blinds and shades. Can you operate a lift? Work from rolling scaffolding? Can you measure to the nearest 1/8"? Can you write legibly? Are you interested in learning how to properly install the brackets, the blind or shade, and program the switch or remote? Can you work on a team or when needed, work alone? Then we have a job for you! Starting pay is $17/hour - $20/hr with the potential to work on the Prevailing Wage projects. As a lumenomics installer, you must be able to take pictures with a smartphone and email or upload them to the share folder. Must adhere to Safety and Drug-Free workplace regulations. Per diem, lodging and airfare are provided when traveling for installation. MUST HAVE Skill-sets (Be prepared to provide past experiences): Ability to work with shades that are 110" wide Follow the instructions and work independently and/or with minimal supervision Pay attention to details Accurate measurements Comfortable operating and working in lift, off ladders, or 6’ rolling scaffolding Experience with small tools: drill, hammer drill, chop-saw, shop-vac Multi-task without missing deadlines Work from architectural/shop drawings Assemble products with limited instructions Communicate verbally and in writing Operate mobile technology such as a smart phone and talk via FaceTime, Skype, or Hangouts Take photos with a smartphone Lift 50 lbs overhead Willing to travel Drug-free Work Place Additionally - Pass the background check Demonstrate a clean driving record Benefits provided: Health insurance Life insurance Short-term disability insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(K) Contribution with employer match Paid holidays Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program
