Small Removal and Hauling Company Looking to Hire One Person

I am an independent removal and hauling company looking to hire one person. Looking for a young motivated preferable a male between the ages of 18-40 years old. Must be able to lift up to 60-100lbs and have reliable transportation. This position is being my helper and will be an on call job. Some weeks we have work everyday and others just a few days a week. I pay $30-$40 per job or $15-$20 an hour which the pay per job ends up being more than hourly. I am fair and pay what makes sense for both of us. I supply everything you need except for steel toe work boots which would be preferred. Most jobs we do are super easy with occasional hard ones that take some time to finish. Most days we have work I can let you know a day in advance but there are those days we get same day calls. We work Monday - Sunday just depending when there are jobs coming in, so days off always vary. So must be flexible with your schedule. We normally work 8am to no later than 3pm on the long days, on average we work about 4 hours a day. I have been in business for 8 years and have a solid reputation in the removal and hauling business so must be clean cut, don't do drugs, and show up on time.
