The Compound at the Park has an opening for a Maintenance / Groundskeeper / Make Ready to assist in the maintenance of the community and a few other commercial properties. We are an established, growing company who values its employees.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in building and facility maintenance to include groundskeeping, landscaping, irrigation, light electrical, light plumbing, drywall repairs, painting and roofing.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work with tools and equipment in the daily maintenance of the grounds of commerical buildings as well as assisting in the maintenance of commercial buildings including changing lamps, filters, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, minor drywall repairs and painting.
Candidates must have a valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record. Company vehivle is provided for work day needs.
