Hello, we have a property in central Austin in which we need our ground work to be cleaned and maintained heading into the fall. This will be weekly work with your timesheet being turned into us at the end of every 2 weeks. Work on your own time! Duties include: - Blow off sidewalks and parking lot at least 3x a week. (We will provide blower.) - Power wash property once a month. (We will provide machine if needs be.) - Water patio flowers 3x a week. - General maintenance on table and chairs. - General painting and upkeep of property.
