General Job Description
Main goal is to give exceptional customer service to City Wide clients and to adhere to job duties and company policies. Cleaning technician will perform Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, and other related services to city wide clients in a polite, professional, efficient, and thorough manner. Must have your own Transportation.
Job Responsibilities
Complete adherence to company policies and mission statement.
Perform necessary cleaning services to City Wide clients that reflect company, industry, and safety standards.
Always treat customers with dignity, good manners, and respect.
Represent the company consistently in positive terms.
Responsible for operating and securing equipment safely.
Compensation
Cleaning technician will be compensated as follows…
The technician will be compensated a direct commission of 26% on the total gross sales upon completion of all assigned work for each customer.
Background checks will be performed.
