Short & Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Anderson Communities is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our growing Resident Services team. Our goal is Building Better Communities. Duties and Responsibilities: · Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community · Several task include: clean up of property and breezeways, check exterior lighting, check pool and maintain clean clubhouse, and notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs. Requirements and Qualifications: · High School Diploma or G.E.D. · Positive attitude and willingness to help · Focus and attention to great customer service · Must have good communication and time management skills · Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally · Valid driver’s license and transportation · Successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen · Preferred: Previous groundskeeping experience Work Environment and Physical Requirements · The job operates both indoors and outdoors in residential settings. This role routinely requires some physical labor with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
