Titan Rodent and Pest Control is growing and looking to add a Licensed PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN to our team. We are looking for self-motivated professionals capable of working with a team or out on your own. You must be customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic. Our Team is trained in maintaining a great working partnership with businesses, homeowners, and property managers within the greater Los Angeles area. This position is responsible for performing Pest Control service in the surrounding LA & San Fernando Valley area. The pest control technician is responsible for identifying and eliminating pest problems. These services include but are not limited to; safely applying pesticides to the interior and exterior of commercial buildings and private homes. Setting and baiting rodent bait stations. As well as Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Schedule: Monday through Friday (occasional weekend work and OT available ) 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Rate : $18--$22/ Hourly Benefits: •Sign on Bonus after 6 months •Health Insurance •Dental Insurance •Vision Insurance •401(K) with company match •Paid Sick Days •Bonuses & Commission •Mileage reimbursement (If applicable) •Gas Card and Company Vehicle A Well Qualified Applicant Will have the following qualities: • Have a Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License. • Possess a clean driving record (H-6 DMV printout required). • Pass a background check, physical and pre-employment drug screening. Requirements: •Must possess a valid CA driver license with a clean record (H-6 DMV printout required) •Valid Pest Control License •Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required •Light construction or Handyman experience is a plus (Not required) •Must be comfortable traveling for this position as it will require you to be working out in the field in designated routes. •Must be comfortable working in small spaces; such as attics. •Be comfortable working overtime and weekends if required
