Summary: We are a quickly growing property management firm specializing in the care of luxury residences for ultra-high net worth individuals. We are looking for a motivated, energetic team-player willing to roll up their sleeves and do anything it takes to provide the best quality service to each and every one of our clients. We believe that no job is too big or too small for any member of our team. Job Responsibilities: We are currently looking for an entry-level groundskeeper to join our on-site team of property-management professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for the appearance and general maintenance of the exterior and grounds of the estates in our portfolio. By working with existing landscape maintenance personnel and our associate property managers, you will be responsible for items including, but not limited to, the following: - Mowing lawns - Trimming hedges - Watering plants - Installing or repairing sprinkler and irrigation systems - Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured items, etc. - Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching and applying pesticides - Cleaning exterior furniture and surfaces on a daily basis - Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment - Ordering supplies and equipment - Maintaining and completing daily, weekly and monthly checklists at each assigned property Job Qualifications: We want to hear from you if you have the following attributes and qualifications: - Reliable transportation and ability to transport equipment as needed - Flexible work hours - The ability to work within a team - A “never say no” attitude that lets you creatively solve any problem - Bilingual is preferred (Spanish and English)
