Harvest, Dry Room, Bucking and Finishing Technician wanted! OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required. Position revolves around the harvest and processing of each of our four indoor greenhouses at approximate 2 week turnover times. Qualified person will receive harvested product from the harvest crew for hanging in our drying room. They will then hang and coordinate room by strain on trellis racks. They will monitor the drying room until the product is ready for bucking. When the product is ready for bucking, the applicant position will initiate bucking procedures (with help from other floater positions), separating big buds for trimming and separating small buds from the stems for further processing. Other duties include; - Quality assurance - watching for issues during all processes (mold, pests, trim quality). - Post-harvest clean-up and sterilization of the drying room. - Cleaning and sterilization of harvest totes and lids. - Processing small buds through trim machines, separating small buds from trim leaves and getting them ready for testing. - Entering data to METRC and creating UID tags for batches of finished product. - Entering data to METRC for any waste materials. - Transferring batches to wholesale or extract licenses as needed. - Weighing out samples of each strain harvested for the sales department. - Big leafing and foliage management in greenhouses as time allows.
