Key Responsibilities include: * cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces * Deep clean empty resident apartments * Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner * Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed *Assist with resident care as needed * * Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested We seek the following qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Previous houekeeping/cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Will train the right person * Reliable, detail oriented, and able to follow safety procedures * Night position - able to work on the weekends.
