FOUND small tuxedo kitten

Description

Small kitten found crying in a bush in a neighbor's yard around midnight on Saturday night. Couldn't be more than a few months old - black fur, white chest and paws, brown eyes, VERY vocal. She (I think it's a girl) didn't have a collar on, but is very friendly and is well versed in using a litter box, so I'm sure she has a home.
