Our produce is critically acclaimed and we're looking for excellent folks to join our parade www.instagram.com/luckyyouorchards JOB DESCRIPTION We are hiring for two seasonal positions, now through Halloween Weekend, to help work our stand in beautiful Ripon, CA every Saturday and Sunday from roughly 8 am to 3 pm. You will represent Lucky You Orchards as a local produce ambassador and tour guide to our beautiful orchards. Our guests are fun loving families who are primed to learn (and taste!) all of the things that we offer. This is a part time role (+/- 16 hours every weekend) with room for advancement within our small but growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES Showing up on time to scheduled U-Pick days; handling loading, setup and takedown procedures independently Spreading the good word about our real CA-Grown produce. Representing Lucky You Orchards with a positive attitude and excellent customer service focused on education. Engage and grow sales using your charming personality. Pick up and drop off all supplies from our Ripon, CA facility Maintain positive relationships with customers Use our Square point of sale terminal to complete and report all transactions Continually aim to improve our presence and reach new sales goals REQUIREMENTS: 16+ years of age Ability to lift 40+ lbs over short distances Positive attitude with enthusiasm for california grown produce Incredible sense of responsibility, tenaciousness, stick-to-it-ive-ness
