Please call or text us at NINEONESIX 485-6923 Sacramento based organization is seeking an attentive Maintenance Technician II to join their team! Temporary and Evaluation hire. Long-term opportunities! Full-time (40 hours per week). M-F, 8:00AM-5:00PM (1-hour lunch). Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in preparing apartments to be rented Maintain a clean property and job site picking up all tools and equipment as work is completed and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards Maintain handling storage Repair or replace light switches, wall receptacles, circuit breakers, lighting systems within apartments, bath exhaust and range hood fan motors, exterior lighting systems Repair or replace kitchen and bath fixtures Repair or replace ceiling fans Repair, adjust and replace commodes, toilet seats, water tanks/floats, flush valves, water level control valves, and flush valve assemblies Unblock stoppages in drain lines Repair and/or replace all loose or missing caulking Repair scratches, gouges, and dents in doors, cabinets, and walls All touch-up painting required keeping walls, doors, cabinets, and furniture in good condition. Repair or replace locksets, hinges, doorstops or other door closures Repair or replace damaged door casings, jambs, trim, etc.
