Description

The mission for this position is to perform maintenance and repairs on farm equipment (i.e. tractors, implements, pickups, semi’s, service trucks, etc.) to keep equipment functional and in top mechanical condition/performance to meet needs of farming operations. Responsibilities • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair • Diagnose problems, codes, execute necessary repairs, • Change fluids & filters as needed when time for service • Install GPS components, change tracks when change in tracking width is required, hook up implements, test & setup • Service and repair construction equipment, forklifts, spreaders, sprayers, harvesters, diesel engines and all types of farm equipment/implements • Willing and able to work as a farm equipment operator when necessary • Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications  2 years of verifiable experience repairing and maintaining farm implements and tractors, or automotive/diesel  Valid driver’s license required with the ability to obtain a Farm Endorsement and drive company vehicles  Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred  ASE Certified preferred  Ability to work independently and with a team Schedule/Shift Main Shift is Monday-Saturday 7:00 am to 5:00pm
