Description
My fiancé and I recently got a Rottweiler puppy who was weaned too young (not our choice) but it is what it is. We already had two dogs who are both sweet. Shadow, our Rottweiler who is approaching ten weeks now is oddly aggressive. She will downright attack me when I pick her up. This isn't all the time but it does happen and she goes 100% into full combat mode. I have always thought you could mold a puppy and I'm just kind of shocked that a puppy so young can be so aggressive. Don't get me wrong, we have plentiful happy moments. I don't know what the trigger is. I have flipped her on her back and that works 50% of the time.
I REALLY REALLY do not want to rehome her. I'm so heartbroken I even have to write this post. There was a week she was getting better but she has gone backwards and it's getting worse. I want to give professional training a chance but I'm wondering if a new home would be better for her? I'm at a huge lost of what to do. Any advice would be helpful.
