Secret Service men and his staff, get out in front of him and point and give him clues and prompts to keep him moving where he should, just like they do to old people in the nursing homes ! If you can't see this guy is mentally challenged, you are kidding yourself. He should be sitting in a memory care wing of a nursing home watching "Matlock", not running the country into the ground.
