I hope nowone who posts on here offering rides to people is scared because of your post. my question is: Why not just say you're going to try and get people into trouble for trying to make a little scratch (or gas, or casino play or whatever someone can make) in their spare time? Why post like a punk-ass narc with a veiled threat? Let me guess; you are just doing the community a 'service' by telling them what u think the law is... YOU aren't going to get anybody in trouble; you're just looking out for folks, right? riiiiiight? well sorry if you're career choice of taxicab driver is threatened, but offering rides in the way most of these classified personals do does not constitute being an 'unlicensed taxicab'. Sorry if the days of gangster-like control over simple, everyday services is over. good riddance.
