Install Split 12,000 BTU Klimaire AC system

I need someone to install a split system The KSIV012-H119-O | Outdoor Unit is in place with a 20 amp 115 v quick disconnect powered near it as in pic The KSIV012-H119-IW | Indoor Unit needs to be mounted on wall. Easy access to back of unit in closet and holes are already in place to pull the 15 foot line set and power control line. Unit will need to be charged with Freon. See pics for current situation, old central unit was removed for having no freon. Old outdoor is only in pic to chain new unit up until we secure it in the cement permanent after install.
