Rehoming 12 wk old pitbull puppy

I have to rehome my 12 week old pitbull puppy because my 9 year old female dog does not get along with him. He's such a good boy and already knows how to sit, comes when called and has been doing well being kennel trained. I'm charging a rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a loving home. I have pictures of his parents I got from the person I originally got him from. I will provide his kennel, toys & food for an additional fee. He's had his first two rounds of shots & I can provide records.
