Construction company looking to bring aboard like-minded subcontractors (individuals/crews/subs) that can get projects completed and on to the next one. We do not have a shortage of work. We do anything from building maintenance, full gut rehabs, remodeling, and insurance repairs for a wide range of clients. Projects are done on a job-by-job basis. This will be a 1099 position. Looking to add: 2 – well rounded building maintenance technicians 2 – 2 person teams for property preservation/emergency services 4 – 4 person crews for “all round work” Subcontractors Needed: Asphalt Brick/Masonry Cabinet Installers Carpenters (framing & trim/finishing) Concrete Countertops Decks Demo/Clean Up Drywall Electrical Exterior (soffit, facia, siding, doors & windows) Flooring (hardwood, laminate, carpeting) Glazing (shower enclosures, glass replacement, storefront glass/metal) HVAC Insulation Painting Plumbing Roofing Tile Setters Please send contact information over and what trade(s) you are interested in doing.
