Looking for a lead guitarist

Hi I’m in need of a lead guitarist (back round vocals a plus) for my band. I need someone who is not already in another band. I’m looking for someone who is willing to commit and is available for early Saturday practices. You don’t have to be a perfect lead guitarist just one who is willing to work at it. I encourage creativity. The band has been together for about two years. We have a solid list of 25 songs with a variety of music for all. We are a bunch of mature easy going guys. I have a website that has videos and can answer all your questions. I need a quick response. Our lead guitarist decide to go with his band after he discovered I was looking for a stand in when he was not available.
