This is a front line service position where you will be helping a lot of people every day working the line approximately 40 hours per week and on your feet the whole shift. This is not a good job for you if you're in school, are wanting just a temporary job for quick cash, are not ready for a serious job with commitment and performance expectations, or you have other priorities that will be more important than this job. This should be your main focus. An open schedule is required with no requests to be off when we're open. Get paid a great base salary and earn tips that equal over $22.00 an hour often and on the low end don't make less than $17.00 an hour. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5PM to 10PM Saturday, and Sunday 3PM to 10PM Job Description 60% of the time- Working in the line helping many customers a day continuously and pushing the orders out as fast as possible. Interacting with customers, preparing their orders, cooking food and preparing consumable products, processing credit and cash transactions, and paperwork to go along with orders. 20% of the time- cleaning, organizing, restocking items, performing inventory, and filling out daily paperwork. 20% of the time- (THE COMPANY PROVIDES THE TRUCK TO PULL THE TRAILER. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PULL THE TRAILER WITH YOUR OWN TRUCK) Hooking trailer up to hitch, taking unit out to location, Bringing unit back to commissary, unhooking trailer from hitch, rolling around and starting a portable generator(weighs a few hundred pounds), and setting up food truck(requires ability to lift around 75lbs more or less).
