Professional level player only. Must have dependable pro-level equipment. It has to work all the time. Guitars must stay in tune. We are looking for a full time back up lead guitarist. We work a lot. 3-8 gigs a month. Our current guitar player can't keep up with us. We have established reoccurring gigs and many facilities. All gigs are paid. 100-140 a gig. Sometimes more.
